Plain and simple. I have paid in to this union two times over!! But the legal point here is, I can still be on the ballot and if elected I become Steward with No EBOARD privileges until the end of May. Then I get full responsibility. Which ultimately means I would be a NON VOTING Eboard member until June 1st.
I'm contemplating my legal options.
